This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Breaking Defense.

He clarified that without additional help from Western countries, Ukraine will find itself in a bad situation.

"I said this last January: I don't see a short-term military solution in Ukraine," he said.

At the same time, the military official added that Western countries have not invested enough in helping Ukraine, and they need to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine more. Kristoffersen also clarified that Norway could provide support to Ukraine in the field of air defense because it is relevant right now.

He added that he was impressed by the success of the Ukrainian troops in the face of a shortage of weapons, but he also noted the development within the Russian army.
