"Today, Ukrainian communities need support on various fronts. In particular, we have already begun to prepare for the de-occupation of our territories. We do not know exactly when this will happen, but we know for sure that we must be ready. Within our section of the Association of Cities of Ukraine, we started a dialogue between communities regarding reconstruction. There is an example of my city - the Mariupol Reborn project, which we are forming together with international partners. There are other examples of Bakhmut, Irpen, and Buchi. Currently, Ukraine requires European experience in the reconstruction and reconstruction of the country," Boichenko emphasized.

The Mariupol Reborn team notes that the systematic promotion of the Mariupol revival plan, primarily on the international stage, allows not only to keep the focus of the world community's attention on the tragedy of the city and the whole of Ukraine, but also to accumulate practical assistance: expert, material, and diplomatic. And the experience of the city can be scaled to other war-affected territories of Ukraine.

"Mariupol Reborn has already developed a comprehensive expertise for the restoration of the city - it is a plan of priority steps, urban vision, and experience of attracting donors. This expert base is universal and is already being used by de-occupied communities to restore Ukrainian cities. Rinat Akhmatova's SCM group of companies contributes to the reconstruction of Ukraine already today", - explains the director of the NGO "Mariupol.Reborn", the head of the community development department of the "Metinvest" group Oleksandr Vyshnyakov
