The spokesman of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, captain 3rd rank Dmytro Pletenchuk, who also became the spokesman of the Defense Forces of the South, told what a difficult situation the Ukrainian military had driven the Russian Black Sea Fleet into.
Dmytro Pletenchuk made his comments on the air of the Freedom TV channel on April 23, 2024.
"They are now at a tactical impasse. They understand that they cannot actually attack. At the same time, they cannot leave the water area. They remain in the role of such a victim," said the spokesman of the Armed Forces Navy.
According to him, the Russian Army has been searching for tactical solutions for quite some time.
"How not to lose the remains of the ships and at the same time not to leave the waters of the Black Sea. Because this will be the surrender of the Black Sea Fleet. And they understand that it is necessary to keep a face. This is how they keep it: they have strengthened the air component." Dmytro Pletenchuk noted.-
