Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Navy of Ukraine, officially confirmed the information about the damage, Chas Peak reports.

"Today in Crimea, the Ukrainian Navy got another ship from the composition of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation - "Komuna". The nature of the damage is being verified. But it is clear that the ship is no longer capable of carrying out the task. This will be repeated until the Russians run out of ships, or they withdraw from Crimea," - wrote the spokesman of the Navy of Ukraine.

This is one of the oldest ships that still performed combat missions. It was launched in 1913.

Earlier, InformNapalm speculated about the damage to the ship. It was noted that the Komuna rescue ship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation was used to search for the Moskva cruiser.

After the explosion, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel wrote that tugboats were in the bay. And if the ship "Komuna" was really hit, then it is no less important a target than the cruiser "Moscow". After all, there is simply no other rescue vessel.
