Situation in Kharkiv and Luhansk regions
Russian troops conducted offensive operations along the Kupyansk-Svatove-Kreminna line but achieved no confirmed success on November 18.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that Russian troops unsuccessfully attacked in the Kupyansk direction near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, and in the direction of Lyman near Torske and north of Serebryanka.
The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysogor, said that Russian troops were reducing the use of armored vehicles on the Kupyansk-Svatove-Kreminna line due to bad weather conditions.
