Biden instructs Pentagon to continue increasing arms supplies to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden reacted to Russia's nighttime air attack on Ukraine. He instructed the Pentagon to continue to increase arms supplies to our country.

The statement said that in the early hours of Christmas, Russia launched waves of missiles and drones at Ukrainian cities and critical infrastructure. Russia's goal was to deprive Ukrainians of access to heat and electricity during the winter.
“Let me be clear: the Ukrainian people deserve to live in peace and security, and the United States and the international community must continue to stand with Ukraine until it defeats Russia's aggression,” Biden said in a statement.
He also noted that in recent months, the United States has provided Ukraine with hundreds of air defense missiles, and more are on the way. In addition, he instructed the US Department of Defense to increase the supply of weapons.
“I have instructed the Department of Defense to continue to increase arms supplies to Ukraine, and the United States will continue to work tirelessly to strengthen Ukraine's position in its defense against Russian troops,” the US president summarized.-
