North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has sent a letter to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In it, the DPRK leader promised to strengthen the country's comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
In the letter, Kim congratulated the Russian leader and all Russians, including their troops, on the New Year and expressed readiness to further strengthen bilateral ties.
According to him, the two leaders “have taken these ties to a new height this year with new projects.”
“I wish that the new year 2025 will be recorded as the first year of victory in the 21st century, when the Russian army and people will defeat neo-Nazism and achieve a great victory,” the North Korean leader wrote.
