China and Belarus launch joint military exercises near the border with Poland. They take place on the eve of the NATO summit, which starts on July 9 in the United States.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Sky News, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
"The joint anti-terrorist training of Belarus and China "Attacking Falcon" was opened at the Brest training ground," the Belarusian Ministry of Defense writes.
As part of the so-called anti-terrorist exercises, which will last until July 19 and will take place at a training ground near Brest, the military of both countries will practice night landings, overcoming water obstacles, and conducting operations in a populated area.
"The units will be combined at certain stages, there will be no separate Chinese unit or separate Belarusian unit, they will act together," said Major General Vadym Denysenko, commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces.-
