Russians attack Odesa region with X-31P missiles

Russian troops attacked Odesa region with missiles in the afternoon of October 29. A man who was near the sea at the time was killed.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
“In the afternoon, the Russians attacked our region with two X-31P guided missiles, which did not reach their targets,” he said.
According to the head of the OVA, a 71-year-old man was killed in Odesa district by a fragment of one of the enemy missiles.
“He was near the sea. I express my sincere condolences to the family...” - stated Kiper.-
According to him, the missiles were launched by a Russian Su-30 fighter jet from the Black Sea.
