The sound of an explosion was heard in Sumy

Late in the evening, on October 29, the sound of an explosion was heard in the city of Sumy. The region is still on alert.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Suspilne Novyny Telegram.

“The sound of an explosion was heard in Sumy, according to Suspilne correspondents,” the message says at 23:03.

There was no official information on what caused the explosion. However, an hour earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that a part of the Russian attack UAVs had flown over Sumy region in the direction of Poltava.
