"Today, the world is at a turning point where the choices we make, particularly regarding the crises in Europe and the Middle East, will determine the direction of our future for generations to come," Biden said.

He emphasized that both Putin and Hamas are trying to "wipe the neighboring democracies off the world map." Both Putin and Hamas hope to undermine broader regional stability and capitalize on the chaos. America cannot and will not allow this to happen, the US president emphasized.

He emphasized that the protection of democracies is in the national security interests of the United States. And for this purpose, the United States unites allies and partners to resist aggression.

"The world expects us to solve the problems of our time. It is a leader's duty, and America will be at the forefront of it. Because if we move away from today's challenges, the risk of conflict may spread, and the costs of solving them will only increase," the US president emphasized.

At the same time, he emphasized that the United States will not allow such a scenario to develop.

"This position is at the heart of my approach to support the people of Ukraine as they continue to defend their freedom from Putin's brutal war," Biden said.

The president also emphasized that America's commitment to the security of Ukraine today is an investment in the US's own security. This prevents the emergence of larger conflicts tomorrow, added the head of the White House.

Biden also noted that the United States is not sending its military to this war, but is supporting it with weapons and other assistance along with more than 50 other countries.

The US leader also stressed the need to support longtime US ally Israel, which is now responding to a brutal attack by Hamas on October 7.
