On the evening of October 30, Russians hit a high-rise building in Kharkiv with a guided missile. People are still being searched for under the rubble.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko on Telegram.
An air strike in Kharkiv destroyed the entrance of a high-rise building. A child was killed and at least 35 people were injured.
“The rubble is still being cleared. There may still be people under the rubble,” noted Klymenko.
According to him, the police received a report about a 15-year-old boy who is not in touch. All necessary units are involved in the search.
An aid station has been set up at the site of the hit and is accepting applications to the police. Psychologists are working with the victims.
