The aid package for Azov, which was assembled in Latvia, includes more than 100 Latvian-made FPV drones, dry rations, two off-road vehicles and nine powerful generators.

The aid was organized by Support AZOV Latvia, which is in constant contact with the Ukrainian military.

“The support from outside, from Latvians themselves, helps a lot. And the fact that we go there, because, not to mention the soldiers, who are very motivated by such things, people feel that they are not left alone in this war and in this struggle,” said Guntars Jansons, a representative of Support AZOV Latvia.

The volunteers note that they will continue to raise funds for the Azov soldiers on the Ziedot.lv crowdfunding site until mid-October.
