The Russian Federation attacked Kirovohrad region:

On the night of October 4, the occupiers attacked Kirovohrad region. The administrative building of the company was damaged, and one person was wounded.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram channel of the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raykovych.
“Another enemy drone attack did not escape the Kirovohrad region,” he said.
According to the head of the regional military administration, the administrative building of one of the enterprises was damaged in Holovanivskyi district.
“An employee of the company was slightly injured. Relevant services are working,” added Rajkovych.-
