The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that on November 28, Russians launched a missile attack on the infrastructure of the Shostka community.
“All necessary services are working on the spot. The consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified. Follow the safety rules, do not ignore air raid alarms,” the JMA added.

Explosions were also heard in Kharkiv. This was reported at 06:09 by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov.
“The attack was preliminarily made by a rocket, one of the largest districts of Kharkiv was under fire. The enemy continues to shell Kharkiv with rockets. If possible, stay in safe places,” Terekhov said.
It should be noted that since the evening of November 27, the enemy has been trying to attack Ukraine with attack drones. In the early morning hours, the Russians took seven Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the sky. Later, at 05:03, the enemy launched Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea.
After that, explosions were heard in Odesa and Kropyvnytskyi for the first hour. As of 05:50, the enemy targets are constantly changing course and are being spotted in their native regions of Ukraine.
