Scholz announces new military aid package for Ukraine

Germany plans to provide Ukraine with a military aid package worth 650 million euros ($683 million). Defense equipment will be delivered by the end of this year.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Twitter account of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“Germany will remain the strongest supporter of Ukraine in Europe. At a meeting with Zelensky (Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine - ed.), I will announce further defense equipment worth 650 million euros, which will be delivered by the end of December,” the chancellor said.
