“They will be ready (to fight in Ukraine - ed.) on November 1,” Budanov said.

According to him, North Korean soldiers will use Russian equipment and ammunition.

The first detachment of 2,600 people will go to Kursk, where, according to Budanov, Ukraine has created a foothold for intensive combat operations. The fate of the rest of the troops is still unknown.

“We don't have a complete picture now,” he added.
