US extends sanctions against Hezbollah

The United States has expanded sanctions against Hezbollah. They apply to three people and four Lebanese companies.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the US Treasury Department.
According to the agency, it was found that three individuals and four related companies were involved in a Lebanese sanctions evasion network that brings millions of dollars in revenue to Hezbollah.
Today's sanctions also target the illicit production and trade of captagon. The individuals and companies designated today are part of a network of commercial entities owned or controlled by Hezbollah.
