Zelensky went to Brussels and revealed the details of the visit

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy left for Brussels on Thursday, October 17. He will present a victory plan to European leaders.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Zelenskyy on Telegram.
A special meeting of the European Council at the level of leaders will be held in Brussels.
“I will present a victory plan - our tool to force Russia to peace. All European leaders will hear how we need to strengthen our position. We need to end this war fairly,” the President noted.
The Head of State will also take part in the meeting with President Roberta Mecola and heads of political groups in the European Parliament. He will also meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. According to the President, a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the level of defense ministers is being prepared.
