This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a speech at the European Council.
The head of state emphasized that Russia needs more forces, and dictator Vladimir Putin is preparing reinforcements to continue the war, not to end it.
According to Zelenskyy, Putin wants to catch up with the production of ammunition in the EU by next year.
“He is getting help from North Korea with shells, equipment, and now even people. Plus Iran... Unfortunately, we also have clear intelligence data that China is still actively helping Russia to drag out this war,” the president said.
He noted that Ukraine's victory plan is designed to be strengthened and, if followed, the war can be ended no later than next year.
