Zelensky says how the West reacted to Ukraine's victory plan

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that partners in the West had taken the victory plan into account in a practical way. And now the teams are focusing on the details of effective support.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the President's speech in the Verkhovna Rada.

“Ukraine's partners, who have already been presented with this plan, have taken it practically. They have been attentive to it. The teams are focused on the details for effective support. The teams have started working,” Zelenskyy said.

He also confirmed that he would present the victory plan at a meeting of the European Council tomorrow. At the same time, the President emphasized that it was important for him to present it to the Verkhovna Rada.

“But I want to be frank with you about how the situation is being handled in a certain non-public, multi-format communication with Ukraine. Some of our partners use the word “negotiations” and the word “justice” is much less common. Ukraine is open to diplomacy, but to honest diplomacy,” Zelensky added.

It is worth noting that American leader Joe Biden and US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump were familiarized with the victory plan. The document was also presented to the leaders of such countries as Britain, France, Italy, and Germany.
