Zelensky will not present a complete victory plan to the Rada
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not present his victory plan in the Verkhovna Rada in its entirety. There are annexes that will not be discussed publicly because they relate to the mathematical military component.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Mykhailo Podoliak, an advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, during a telethon.
“The President wants the society to understand. There are applications (in the victory plan - ed.) that will certainly not be publicly discussed. This is all about the mathematical component, i.e. how many weapons, in what form, etc. should be provided to Ukraine,” Podolyak said.
According to him, the victory plan is clear and has a mathematical basis, and the partners need to decide “whether they are ready to surrender together,” because “Ukraine will not surrender.”
The advisor to the head of the Presidential Administration also noted that Ukraine and its citizens play a key role in the victory plan, because “only Ukraine can set the final accents in this war.”
