Zaluzhnyi made a statement about the victory plan

The victory plan of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is intended primarily for the country's partners. This way they will be able to understand what Kyiv expects from them.
According to RBC-Ukraine, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valeriy Zaluzhny said this during a discussion at Chatham House.
According to Zaluzhny, the Ukrainian president decided to create a victory plan so that Ukraine's partners “could do something.” This initiative is intended for them, so it was first disclosed to the partners, not to Ukrainian society.
“We need a strategy, without which it will be difficult for Ukraine to do anything. What does this mean: the US should do something, Germany should do something, someone should reduce purchases of Russian oil, someone should impose tougher sanctions against Russia. That's what the plan is about,” Zaluzhny said.
He also noted that it is very difficult to make predictions in war. And the only thing that works is “math.”
