“The presentation of the victory plan in the Ukrainian parliament is one of the parts. Because after that, the president met with the parliamentary leadership, with the leadership of all factions and groups, and for about 2 hours we discussed in detail what we mean by unity, and all the questions were there. Each of the representatives of the factions and groups had the opportunity to ask questions to the President of Ukraine. And most importantly, we concluded with three fundamental conclusions,” Stefanchuk said.

According to him, the first conclusion is that the victory plan has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, and the second is that the parliament will start implementing the plan. The third is that the Verkhovna Rada is developing a common vision of how the Ukrainian parliament and political forces will be integrated into the implementation of the plan.

Stefanchuk said that the Rada will prepare a package of documents necessary for the implementation of the plan. The parliament will also work out a plan for diplomatic engagement. The priority will be the US Congress, the European Parliament, and the G7 parliaments.

“This is a comprehensive approach proposed by the Parliament today. And together, unanimously, all the leaders of factions and groups supported all these positions at the meeting with the President of Ukraine,” the speaker added.
