NATO “took note” of the victory plan

NATO allies have taken into account the victory plan developed by Kyiv. But many aspects of this initiative still need to be discussed.
This was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, RBC-Ukraine reports citing the Associated Press.
“There are many aspects of the plan and many political and military issues that we really need to discuss with the Ukrainians to understand what is behind it and to understand what we can and cannot do,” Rutte said.
According to him, he is in close contact with allies and Kyiv to understand what can be done in the context of helping Ukraine.
At the same time, Rutte refused to disclose what exactly the allies plan to discuss with Ukraine.
He clarified that at the moment it is necessary to focus on helping Ukraine regain more territory and strengthen its position in future peace talks.
