An explosion was heard in Mykolaiv

On the night of July 8, an explosion was heard in Mykolaiv, which presumably occurred outside the city. At that time, an air alert was declared in the region due to the threat of an enemy missile attack.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the local edition of Crime Net.

The sound of the explosion was heard in Mykolaiv around 00:018.

Before that, air raid alarms were heard in the region. The command of the Ukrainian Air Force announced that the threat of enemy strikes from the south with the use of ballistic weapons was being recorded.

In addition to the Mykolaiv region, an alert was also issued in the Odesa and Kherson regions due to a possible enemy missile attack.
