Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine on December 13. For this reason, Poland has sent its aircraft into the sky.

“Attention, in connection with another attack by the Russian Federation with cruise missiles, ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles on targets located, in particular, in western Ukraine, military aviation has begun operating in our airspace,” the statement said.
In accordance with current procedures, the Operational Command has deployed all available forces and means, raised another pair of fighter jets, and ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance assets have been put on high alert.
“The measures taken are aimed at ensuring security in the territories bordering the threatened areas. The operational command is monitoring the current situation, and the subordinate forces and means are in full readiness for immediate response,” the Polish military stated.-
