This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Bloomberg.

The publication writes that Biden showed the best results in a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll of key US states. This happened despite the fact that voters gave a low rating to the president's performance at the debate, amid panic in his party.

Thus, Republican Donald Trump is ahead of Democrat Joe Biden by only 2 percentage points, 47% to 45%, in the key states necessary to win the November elections. This is the smallest gap since the poll began last October.

Biden is now ahead of Trump in Michigan and Wisconsin. He is within the poll's statistical margin of error in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina, and lags behind most in the key state of Pennsylvania.

Bloomberg also added that voters from the states where the debate took place did not think Biden performed well, with less than one in five respondents saying the 81-year-old candidate was consistent, intelligent, or dominant.
