Biden says he stopped Putin

U.S. President Joe Biden said that he was the one who stopped Russian dictator Vladimir Putin

This is how he answered a journalist's question about whether he would be able to work effectively over the next four years.

"Everything I do. You know, I'm not just running a campaign, I'm running the world... George, I am the one who created NATO, the future. No one thought I would be able to expand it. I am the one who stopped Putin," Biden said.

Asked by the host if he would like to undergo an independent medical examination, which would include neurological cognitive tests, the US president replied that he takes a cognitive test "every day."
