This was stated by acting Bulgarian Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Novinite.

"I sincerely believe that we should advocate for peace talks, and Bulgaria will act as a mediator... and I will offer exactly that, there is no problem," he said.

At the same time, Glavchev expressed doubt that Bulgaria can count on the status of mediator, as both sides must agree to it.

He also emphasized that the negotiations should be conducted in accordance with the UN Charter and international law.

"It must be emphasized that these peace talks must comply with the UN Charter and international law. These conditions, in my opinion, are not negotiable," emphasized Dimitar Glavchev.
