Russia keeps a missile carrier in the Black Sea

As of this morning, one Russian missile carrier has been spotted in the Black Sea. The enemy vessel can fire up to four Kalibr cruise missiles.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Ukrainian Navy on Telegram.
According to the military, three enemy ships were spotted in the Sea of Azov, but they are not carriers of Kalibr missiles.
In addition, two Russian ships carrying Kalibr missiles with a total volley of up to 24 missiles have been observed in the Mediterranean Sea.
