This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Turkish edition of haber7.com.

Fidan made his statement at an informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States. In particular, he said that peace efforts "must be expanded on a broader basis to end the war."

"It is necessary to create a peace platform that will prevent deepening polarization, have high quality participation and representation, and prioritize diplomacy," he added.

It should be noted that Ukraine has already initiated a global platform and held the first Peace Summit in mid-June in Switzerland. As of today, the final communiqué has been supported by more than 80 countries, including Turkey.
