On July 7, Ukrainian anti-aircraft warriors shot down a Russian Su-25 aircraft in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by the Khortytsia operational and strategic group of troops.
According to the military, Ukrainian troops shot down a Russian Su-25 aircraft in the Pokrovske direction, which was firing at the positions of the Defense Forces.
"The anti-aircraft warriors of the separate mechanized brigade named after Lieutenant General Mark Bezruchko have landed another Su-25 attack aircraft, which is now burning up in the steppes of Ukrainian Donbas," the Khortytsia OSTG emphasized.
