According to the publication, a photo of at least one M-1989 Koksan self-propelled artillery system manufactured by the DPRK being transported by rail, which is most likely already taking place in Russia, appeared on social media.

This photo alone does not allow us to judge the scale of the possible transfer of such self-propelled artillery systems to the Russian military. At least the approximate number of M-1989 Koksan systems available to the North Korean regime is not known.
