Explosion heard in Sumy amid missile threat

An explosion occurred near the city of Sumy after midnight on November 18, causing power outages in the city. Before that, an enemy missile was seen flying toward the regional center.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sumy public and Sumy Regional Military Administration.
The explosion in Sumy was heard around 00.06.
At the same time, the military had warned a couple of minutes earlier about the threat of Russian occupiers using ballistic weapons from the northeast.
In addition, a missile was spotted moving toward the city of Sumy.
