President's office reacts to Putin-Kim Jong agreement
Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, said that the agreement on strategic military partnership, which was signed by the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin and the North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, brazenly nullifies all international restrictions against the DPRK.
On Wednesday, June 19, Podoliak emphasized in X that the treaty concluded by the dictators is "a demonstrative pact about the joint destruction of global rules and the organization of mass murders of civilians in other countries."

He also emphasized that the prohibition tools do not work at all. According to him, this means that there are practically no rules. In addition, the President's Office drew attention to the silence of the UN and other international organizations that should monitor the implementation of sanctions.
"It looks extremely eloquent, I would say "deafeningly loud". What's next? And what is global lawlessness? And what is a "UN resolution" now? he added.
On June 19, AP reported that Kim Jong Un promised Putin full support and solidarity in waging war against Ukraine.
During the meeting, Putin and Kim Jong-un signed a "comprehensive strategic partnership" agreement, seeking to expand economic and military cooperation and strengthen a "united front" against Washington.
