Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to visit Turkey.
He will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan there. This was announced by Putin's aide Yuri Ushakov, RosZNI reports.
The specific dates of the visit are unknown.
"The Turkish president confirmed his invitation to our president to visit Turkey. There are plans, but no specific dates have been discussed yet," Ushakov said.
This will be Putin's first foreign trip after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for him.
