The vast majority of Wagner PMC fighters are "patriots of the motherland" and were used "blindly". This was stated by the President of the fascist Russian Federation Putin during a speech on Monday, June 26.
It is clear that even if Putin does not think so, he will speak in a complementary way because he needs to reduce the degree of hatred for himself on the part of Wagnerians.
Putin wants to calm down a large mass of people who are dangerous to him, and then disperse them, eliminate some of them, and lure others to the side of structures loyal to him.
The Kremlin leader suggested that the Wagnerites sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry and other security services, return home, or go to Belarus.
In effect, Putin is making the PMC leader Wagner a scapegoat in the eyes of the militants themselves.
