Russia keeps 9 ships in the Black and Azov Seas

Today, June 21, the Russian Federation has 9 ships in the Black and Azov Seas. Among them are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Navy).

Thus, as of 06:00, there are:

  • 1 enemy ship in the Black Sea, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total volley of up to 4 missiles;
  • 8 enemy ships in the Sea of Azov, 3 of which are Kalibr cruise missile carriers with a total volley of up to 24 missiles.

In addition, there is also 1 enemy ship in the Mediterranean Sea, which is also a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles. The total volley is up to 8 missiles.

The military added that during the day, in the interests of Russia, the Kerch Strait was passed:

  • 5 ships sailed to the Black Sea, 3 of which continued to move towards the Bosphorus;
  • 13 vessels sailed to the Sea of Azov, of which 1 was heading from the Bosphorus.
