Russian occupants shot dead six captured Ukrainian soldiers in the Pokrovsk sector. Law enforcement officials have launched an investigation.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
“According to operational data, on October 23, 2024, during an offensive on the town of Selydove, the Russian military captured three Ukrainian soldiers. After some time, the occupiers shot unarmed prisoners of war,” the statement said.
In addition, on November 1, during an assault on the Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications in the same Pokrovske direction, three more prisoners of war were killed by Russian invaders using automatic weapons.
