Sending DPRK troops to Ukraine will lead to escalation

If North Korea sends its troops to Ukraine to fight on the side of Russia, it will significantly escalate the conflict, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.
Rutte said that he had held discussions with South Korean President Yun Seok-yol about the alliance's close partnership with Seoul, with a focus on defense and industrial cooperation, as well as interconnected security in the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions.
