Trump declares himself president-elect during a speech to supporters

White House candidate Donald Trump has de facto declared himself the winner of the US presidential election. He promised to solve problems with the US border and more.
Trump said this during a speech to his supporters, according to an RBC-Ukraine and CNN correspondent.
“This is a political victory like America has never seen before,” he said, adding that he won the popular vote with more votes than another candidate for the US presidency, Kamala Harris.
During his speech to supporters, the Republican called them “the greatest political movement in history” and promised to “solve the border problems” as well as other “American problems.”
“I will not rest until we create the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be America's golden age,” - said the Republican.-
