UAV attacks Moscow again: Expocenter damaged

The Russian capital was again attacked by a drone, on the night of August 18, an explosion occurred near the Moscow City business center, and the Expocenter building was damaged.

Details: According to Baza, the explosion occurred near the towers of the Moscow City business center.

"A few seconds before the explosion, eyewitnesses saw a drone flying overhead," the channel writes.

The Shot channel reported that a small column of smoke was visible at the site of the explosion, and rescuers were sent there.

According to the VCHK-OGPU Telegram channel, the UAV fell on the roof of the Expocenter in the Moscow City area, breaking through the roof.

"Last night, during an attempt to fly over Moscow, air defense forces destroyed a drone. The wreckage of the UAV landed in the area of the Expocenter, causing no significant damage to the building. There were no preliminary injuries," he said.

According to preliminary data from Baza, a collapse occurred in Pavilion 8 of the Expocenter on an area of 30 square meters.
