Zelenskyy reacts to Trump's controversial personnel decisions

US President-elect Donald Trump is guided by American interests when it comes to his team. Ukraine will need to work with the new administration.
Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, said this in a commentary to the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel.
“Trump is forming a team for Americans from Americans, so he is proceeding from the interests of his country,” Podolyak said.
According to him, it should be remembered that statements made in the political process and statements made in a particular position are two different things. At the same time, Trump himself remains the key actor.
Podoliak believes that Ukraine needs to persist in contact with those people in the new Trump administration who “look differently” at certain problems.
“Our task is to clearly explain our subjectivity... Will it be difficult? Yes. Will there be some resistance? Perhaps. Or maybe there will be support if we set the right emphasis,” suggested the advisor to the head of the OP.-
