A new type of FPV drone has been developed in Vinnytsia

The Ukrainian company Vinnytsia Bees has announced the completion of interagency testing of a new VB140 Flamingo FPV wing-type interceptor drone. They were created to combat Russian Orlan reconnaissance drones.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to dev.ua.
According to the developers, the VB140 Flamingo is able to effectively detect, pursue and neutralize enemy UAVs, which will significantly affect the accuracy of enemy strikes.
The drone's key features include
- flight altitude up to 4.5 km,
- range up to 50 km.
“Additional flexibility in settings allows the bird to adapt to conditions both day and night,” the developers said.
It is reported that due to this, the drone can reliably protect the positions of Ukrainian forces from threats in the sky.
The company also announced the next development - a drone for intercepting enemy Shahed kamikaze drones.
“Each of our new projects is not just a step forward, it is a leap into the future. The next product will not only outperform the previous one, it will become a real cog in the mechanism of protecting our sky!” said Andriy Oleksiuk, director of Vinnytsia Bees.-
