The Russian invaders attacked Kharkiv and the suburbs of the regional center with guided aerial bombs. The attack destroyed residential infrastructure and injured civilians.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Police and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
It is noted that on Thursday, October 31, at about 21:00, one guided aerial bomb hit the territory of a private enterprise in the city of Dergachi.
The shelling caused a fire. Two civilians working as security guards were injured.
A 39-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds with glass, and a 64-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction. The health condition of both victims is satisfactory.
Another 42-year-old civilian man was near the enterprise. He suffered an acute stress reaction. He received medical assistance on the spot.
A second aerial bomb hit the ground on the outskirts of Kharkiv. A private house and three cars were damaged.
A 37-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were injured, they suffered from an acute stress reaction.
In total, five people are currently known to have sought medical assistance as a result of both shelling incidents.
Investigative teams and explosive experts are collecting evidence of crimes related to the military aggression of the Russian Federation at the sites of the shelling.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over violations of the laws and customs of war under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
