Ukraine to submit detailed arms request to South Korea

Ukraine plans to submit a detailed request to South Korea in the near future. It will include weapons needed for Ukrainian defenders.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to an interview with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the South Korean TV channel KBS.
The head of state recalled that Ukraine had been “very careful” in its behavior toward South Korea. And South Korea also behaved “carefully” towards Ukraine.
“But now, after the DPRK has received the official status of someone who came to fight against Ukraine, our request will be detailed, it will be together with my representative, who will come to South Korea in the near future. And we will talk about weapons,” Zelensky said.
He clarified that he did not know how Seoul would respond to such a request. But Ukraine needs additional artillery, air defense, and other important things.
