American weapons for Ukraine do not fall into foreign hands

Weapons that Ukraine receives to counter Russian aggression are used properly, and no cases of them falling into the wrong hands have been detected.

Ukrinform's own correspondent reports that US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller emphasized this during the press briefing.

"We still do not see a single case of redirection of these (provided to Ukraine - ed.) weapons," said an official representative of the US State Department.

He emphasized that the United States has at its disposal important mechanisms of accountability regarding the supply of American weapons and military aid to Ukraine.

"We have implemented strict control mechanisms, this also applies to the humanitarian and economic aid we provide," the spokesperson of the US State Department emphasized.
