An explosion was heard in Sumy

An explosion occurred near the city of Sumy late in the evening on November 12. Before that, an enemy missile was seen moving toward the city.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SuspilneSumy.
The explosion in Sumy was heard around 23.07.
At the same time, at 23.05, the military warned about the movement of a Russian invaders' missile towards Sumy.
Five minutes before that, the Air Force reported a threat of enemy ballistic missile use from the Kursk region (Russia).
