Harris calls Trump to congratulate him on election victory - AP

US Vice President Kamala Harris had a phone conversation with Donald Trump. She congratulated her opponent on winning the presidential election.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Associated Press.
According to the publication, the information about the call was disclosed by an unnamed high-ranking aide to Harris.
He noted that Harris discussed with Trump the importance of a peaceful transfer of power before her speech, in which she is expected to concede her defeat in the election.
